You can
- Use the files in unlimited personal and commercial projects: websites, apps, products, ads, presentations, client work.
- Change the colours, crop, combine and edit them.
- Keep using everything you downloaded while your plan was active, after it ends.
- Use free sets the same way, as long as you credit illustrateUP with a link.
You can't
- Resell, share or redistribute the files themselves, edited or not, including in icon packs, templates or asset marketplaces.
- Use them in a logo or trademark.
- Use them to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI or machine-learning models, or include them in datasets.
- Claim you made them.
Selling templates or merch?
Templates, themes and products for sale where our art is a main part of what the buyer gets need an Extended licence. Email us and we'll sort it out.
How the art is made
Every set is labelled "Hand-made" or "AI-assisted, human-finished". AI-assisted work is drafted with models trained only on our own art, then corrected and approved by a person.
This summary will be accompanied by the full licence terms, reviewed by a lawyer, before launch.
